Which is better Pavtube MTS/M2TS Converter or Aiseesoft Mts converter ?

I want to convert mts to mp4 and 3gp. I searched on web and got two softwares that are Pavtube MTS/M2TS Converter and Aiseesoft Mts converter. But I don’t know which is better one? Please any one has used it, help me?
