Not able to unlock my iPhone getting cydia error message?

I have an iPhone 3g and i foolishly updated to version 3.1 so my iPhone was no longer jailbroken and unlocked so I jailbroke the iPhone. After that I tried unlocking it by installing UltraSn0w but I get the message every time:
"http://www.ispaziorepo.com netDB: neither Open nodename nor servname provided, or not known".
What this message means and if the server is down when it would be back up can anyone tell me. I urgently need to unlock my phone and confused what to do. Is there any other way to carry out the process f unlocking iPhone?

Reason you have to wait is that once you upgrade to 3.1 firmware your baseband gets updated. On 3.0 or 3.0.1 firmware the baseband (modem firmware version) is 04.26.08. And when u update to 3.1 the baseband get updated too to 05.11.07 which is the key to getting the iPhone unlocked.

Yet if u try to downgrade to 3.0 firmware, your firmware will be downgraded but the baseband will still remain 05.11.07 which means u cannot unlock iPhone but you can jail break it.

You can also upgrade and unlock the iPhone with the help of pwnage tool. Just have a try for your iPhone unlock. Good luck!
