MMC says “disk is not formatted”. Then how can I recover photo?

On XP I tried to connect MMC whose storage capacity is above 8GB. When MMC is joined with the system then below messages (error) displayed are “disk is not formatted, the disk in the drive letter is not formatted. Do you want to format it now?” after the message appears data are not operated and some of the gets corrupted too. How to safe the photo of MMC?

laurince 		Your memory card is not made for the OS you use. Try your MMC on some different computer and then from that computer transfer the picture to yours. if your OS use different file format which is unsupportive by MMC make your MMC compatible for that. If you have tension of photo loss then memory card recovery will help you. Recover it with it and then format the MMC file. This might clear your issue.

scarpet 		If FAT32X file is used by MMC then error mentioned by you comes. We know that XP understand FAT 32 file and when MMC supports some different file then it is not accessible. To resolve the problem, MMC should be formatted with FAT32. the negative aspects is that that it will erase the stored data. For such thing, effective digital photo recoverytool is recommended. These tools have high mechanism to scan and to recover data with adequacy. So, you can try such for assistance.
