How to solve the problem of “Vista Outlook 2007 PST files missing”?

I installed Vista ultimate 32bit and Office2007. My Outlook.pst files were deleted and now whenever I open Outlook it gives error message that Outlook cannot find Outlook.pst. I searched completely through *.pst file I don’t get any files. Then I uninstalled office 2007 and restart my computer and again installed office 2007 but still arise same error.

marry1 		Follow these steps!

Open Outlook 2007.

Then right click and choose IMAP folders option

Firstly check out of displaying hierarchy in Outlook then show only subscribed folders

Click apply

Then OK

Now you can see personal folder

If PST folder is corrupted then Outlook 2007 Repair application can repair that easily.

johnrobat 		Hi, Firstly Click on the browse window let the outlook open then click on the PST folder in Outlook which was deleted and click close personnel folder. Now restart Outlook! Click on the control panel then click on the mail button, then click the data files option. You can find there all personal folders, here you can get option to remove personal folder. Remove the deleted personal folder and start the outlook again, now you will not get any error massage and there is no need to reinstall office Vista Outlook 2007 PST.
