How to safe the files which are deleted over the network?

My brother has deleted the file on the network system over the LAN and I am not getting the deleted files in the trash bin. I didn’t delete the file from the trash bin. How can I get them back?

emilydcosta 		In some situation when some files are deleted, instead of saving in the trash bin you just lost them. In that case you can use trash recovery program. It will scan and then keep the files in the trash bin after recovering. It makes use of the advance search algorithms to scan the files.
