How to get rid of iPhone OS 3.0 Error 13019 during sync?

When I tried to sync my iPhone after upgrading to the new iTunes, syncing stopped and error 13019 encountered. How can I fix this unknown error 13019 to get synced my iPhone. If anyone would suggest any backup solution of my iPhone music to computer then it will be great help.

johnrobat 		This error is generally occurred while syncing music. It can be easily solved by these steps:

Step1: Select your iPhone in iTunes under devices

Step2: select the Music Tab under the Sync music option and choose selected songs playlists

Step3: Now, deselect the voice memos playlists

Step4: select to apply and then click Sync.

I think above steps can solve your problem. If you want to create backup of files into computer then use iPhone backup tool application. The application is used to create backup of all iPhone data into computer. You can easily transfer iPhone music, photos, videos, movies etc.
