How can I transfer the ipod files which are saved on the flash drive in to my new system ?

I have recently purchased a new system of HCL and I want to transfer all my files of iTunes from my old to new system. But I do not have the CD burner on my old system. I can copy all the files on a 4 GB flash drive. But when I access my flash drive on my new system the song files come but without the music. How can I correct this situation?
