Getting error '0×80040154' while sending or receiving emails?

I am having problems with my outlook. While sending or receiving emails I am getting error message '0×80040154' . I am not able to fix the issue anyone has any idea about this error message?

Celine 		Error '0×80040154' usually occurs due to unregistered file(s) or some registry corruption issues. To fix the issue you can try out by using inbox repair tool. Here is a solution that can help you isolate the given problem:

Firstly, click 'Start' and then 'Run'.
Type 'regsvr32 inetcomm.dll' and restart your computer.
Start Outlook and see if the problem has gone or not.

If the problem is still there, you should restart your computer in 'Safe Mode with Networking' and then start MS Outlook. If the problem still persists then you need to go for any third party tool that will help you to fix the issue. So just have a try it might work for you good luck.
