Data recovery- error-3948 ?

Hi, I have data recovery software. I face problem when I make backup of computer machine. I get an error-3948 (vcb api exception). Hope you can tell me that what is meant by this error. Should I change the recovery software? Will I purchase 1 year subscribed stellar phoenix software?

willikami 		I don’t know the perfect reason behind such error. Is there any file corruption in your system? Insure such possible value of corruption and then think of changing the data recovery software. As I know about stellar phoenix data recovery software, it is good. I have not heard any complains about that. Hope by using this you will not come across error 3948. Scan your computer as well, to check that the system is not infected by any critical virus. Some viruses corrupt the internal file. All the best and select the application after configuring the details of your computer.
