Can photo recovery for Mac software recover the photos hat were deleted 6 months ago?

About six months ago, I had lost some of my photos from the Macintosh. That time I do not know about the recovery software which can recover the lost photo from the Macintosh. But yesterday my friend was telling that he recovered his lost photos with the help of photo recovery software. Therefore I also want to recover my lost photos which I had lost six months ago. But I want to know that does the photo recovery software recover the six month ago deleted photos?

jollyandrina 		Yes, you are right that the photo recovery software can recover the lost or corrupted photos but it would have a good chance of recovering the photos which has been lost today, yesterday or may be the last week. But six months ago is impossible. It may possible if you are not using your Macintosh after the corruption of photos. If you have continued the working on the Macintosh then the space on the hard disc where the deleted photos were stored will have been overwritten with the use of new files. So, it is not possible for the photo recovery for Mac software to recover the six months ago deleted photos. Any other software also can not recover the six months ago deleted photos.
