Is there any way to recover the data after using secure empty trash?

I have a MacBook on which a number of files are stored. I deleted some of them which were of no use. Recently, I also deleted the trash bin by using secure empty trash option. So, could anyone tell me that is there any way to recover the data after using secure empty trash.

When the files are deleted using secure empty trash, then data recovery software would not be useful for you. It is not capable to restore the files which are deleted using secure empty trash option. With this option, files, the deleted files are overwritten by a number of 0s due to which it becomes impossible to recover them back. As the free space gets overwritten, they are no more saved on the hard disk and thus data recovery software will not be able to recover them.

On the contrary, in case of empty trash option, you can easily restore the delete files with the help of MacBook trash recovery software. This option only deletes the addresses of the files and so the actual files remain on the hard drive until and unless they are not overwritten by the new files. So, it is recommended to not use MacBook when the trash is emptied using empty trash option.
