Problem while using Xilisoft video converter ?

I have met up with a problem while using Xilisoft video converter Ultimate6 software. The problem is that when I am playing the videos on PC and on iPad, it is a bit slower but the sound is OK. While the conversion process, I have chosen to save the video as H.264 Video file with frame rate of 29.97gps, bit rate 2000k and video size 720c576. So, can you tell me the reason behind this problem and any solution to this?

According to my point of view, the above problem stated by you is due to using of outdated version of Xilisoft software. So, first of all update the version and then after try to convert the videos.
