iPad Error -23 while syncing iPad to iTunes ?

When I was trying to synchronize my iPad to iTunes got the following message,

“Attempting to copy to the disk “myipad” failed. An unknown error occurred (-23).”

I become afraid since there was no any other option than OK button. I think it is a serious problem. Is it so? What does this iPad -23 unknown error means and how can I fix this problem and transfer my files from iPad to PC?

joliejoe 		Hello Peter,

iPad is a quality tested product in which a user have a very less chance to get the error. But still few errors came in existence while performing different tasks. One of them is the iPad Error -23.

In the Earlier Mac operating systems Error -23 signified an opemErr that means Requested read or rite permission does not matche driver’s open permission or attempt to open RAM serial Driver failed. It is an I/O system error. As the -23 openErr that asked for the read and write permission and actually it does not meet open permission of the driver as well as try to get RAM serial driver fails.

To fix it you need to check the permissions and give the permission so that further processes can be done. Meanwhile if you want to transfer the files from one to another system without using the iTunes then there are third party applications available. One of them is iPad Transfer which is a powerful and fast file transfer application for transferring all the files from iPad to pc and vice versa. It is a perfect solution if you got the iPad -23 Errors.
